Mr. Maiolo is a Senior Partner and Chief Executive Officer of the firm. He leads the development and implementation of the Company's global strategic plans and focuses on maximizing revenues and profitability. He has over 20 years of experience with manufacturing companies and enterprise asset management consulting services. Prior to joining Vesta, Mr. Maiolo was with Spinnaker Venture Partners where he focused on helping early stage technology companies develop their business strategies and bring products to market. Before that, he was the Vice President of Strategic Development for a consulting services provider in the EAM space. Mr. Maiolo has served in a variety of general management positions in the forest products industry and has a BA from Bucknell University. Mr. Maiolo is focused on developing long-term working relationships with strategic customers while driving growth in the Vesta business through ensuring that Vesta service offerings bring financial benefit to clients.
Mr. Graves is a Senior Partner and Chief Financial Officer of the firm. He has global responsibility for the Finance, IT, Human Resources and Administrative functions of the company. He is responsible for building and implementing internal processes and systems that support Vesta's strategic and operating plans. Prior to joining Vesta, Mr. Graves was the Chief Financial Officer of a service provider in the EAM space. In that role he planned and directed internal programs that enabled the company to grow from start-up phase to more than 100 personnel with nearly $20 million in services revenue. Before that, he was a Vice President in Corporate Finance with FleetBoston Financial Corporation where he structured and syndicated debt offerings for industrial clients and leveraged buyouts. He also served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy. Mr. Graves has a BS from the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis and received an MPPM in Finance from Yale University.
Mr. Ellis is a Senior Partner and Chief Operations Officer with the firm. He leads the global strategy for Consulting Services and Products provided by Vesta and is focused on helping customers improve maintenance and asset management. In addition, Mr. Ellis delivers Maintenance Education and Value Assessments to our customers. As a recognized expert in maintenance and reliability, he is a frequent featured speaker at industry events and seminars. He is a CPMM - Certified Plant Maintenance Manager and a CMRP - Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional. Prior to joining Vesta, he was with SAP serving as lead Solution Manager for Enterprise Asset Management in North America. Having worked directly for SAP for eight years in various roles associated with maintenance management, he is an expert in making companies successful using SAP for EAM. Prior to joining SAP, he worked for over 10 years in various roles as an engineering project manager, maintenance supervisor and mechanic. His current role takes him anywhere from the board room to the shop floor discussing return on investment in maintenance management. Mr. Ellis is committed to maintenance excellence and ensuring that Vesta customers get full value out of their investments in SAP for Enterprise Asset Management.
Mr. Mansi is Partner, Business Development, focusing on Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Strategic Business Development for asset intensive industries. His responsibilities include managing new sales opportunities and delivering solutions for the more complex customer requirements including EAM solution assessments. Mr. Mansi is SAP certified in Plant Maintenance. He has over 32 years of industrial experience as a project manager, project engineer, account executive and maintenance manager. Prior to joining Vesta, Mr. Mansi spent 10 years with IBM Global Services as a Service Area Manager, SAP functional consultant and project leader. He focuses on enhancing customer's business processes including work order management, integration, data, design and implementation of maintenance best practices ensuring the people, processes and technology work together to provide maximum customer benefits. He maintains deep domain knowledge in SAP Material Management, Project System and Customer Service. Prior to that, Mr. Mansi held various positions in the maintenance division of Delmarva Power, a large electric and gas utility company. He has a BS and MBA from Widener University. Mr. Mansi is committed to excellence in delivery by ensuring that Vesta projects meet all customer expectations.
Mr. Harms is Vice President, Business Development, EAM Energy and Utilities for the firm. His responsibilities include business development, and identifying new business opportunities in the Utility Market. Mr. Harms is SAP certified in a number of solutions including Materials Management and workflow. He has over 25 years of industry experience as a project manager, logistics and maintenance manager. Prior to joining Vesta, Mr. Harms spent 10 years with SAP as an Executive Solution Engineer for Utilities, and Solution Manager for Enterprise Asset Management. As a recognized expert in SAP EAM, he is a frequent featured speaker at industry events and seminars. He focuses on showing utilities how the SAP solution can be used to support their business requirements. Mr. Harms is committed to building long term relationships with customers by helping them maximize their investment in SAP for maintenance and reliability
Mr. Fagan is a Vice President, Business Development, Transportation and Linear Assets for Vesta. His responsibilities include developing linear asset management solutions for transportation, government and utilities customers. Leveraging over a decade in EAM system implementations across many industry verticals, he has been able to staff, direct and deliver on Vesta's largest projects without fail. Mr. Fagan has delivered unique solutions in daily, weekly and outage scheduling using a combination of SAP Project System and Plant Maintenance Modules. Mr. Fagan also makes use of more than a decade as a Naval Officer in diverse areas of maintenance management practices, shipyard overhauls and supply chain logistics to motivate project members and drive engagements. Since assuming responsibility of the Transportation and Linear Assets Program, Mr. Fagan has worked directly with industry leaders in North America to propose functionality and has participated in several forums and testing opportunities with SAP's Industry Business Unit (IBU) supporting linear functionality.
Mr. Sarubbi is the Vice President of North American Sales for Vesta. He leads the firm's strategic business development initiatives focusing on new growth opportunities in the EAM space. Mr. Sarubbi has over 30 years of technology experience. He joined Vesta from SAP where he most recently served as Client Director and the North American Lead for Global Energy and Utilities. In this role, he led teams of professionals building next-generation service offerings and capabilities for SAP Energy and Utility clients. During his tenure at SAP, Mr. Sarubbi led the largest business transformation sales efforts in the Transmission, Generation, Electric and Water Utilities verticals. Prior to SAP, Mr. Sarubbi spent 20 years in numerous senior executive and sales management roles and has a BBA from Pace University, Lubin School of Business. Mr. Sarubbi is committed to helping Vesta's customers achieve Enterprise Asset Management excellence by developing long-term working relationships and ensuring they maximize the full value out of their investments in SAP for EAM.
Mr. Bellagamba is the Vice President of Marketing for Vesta. He has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience with a variety of professional services based organizations. Mr. Bellagamba is responsible for the development and implementation of a cohesive global branding strategy that ensures a consistent message across markets. Prior to Vesta, Mr. Bellagamba worked at an EAM professional services firm where he was responsible for business development and led the overall corporate marketing strategy. He has a strong background in successfully developing and executing fully integrated marketing programs utilizing various platforms to achieve brand objectives. Mr. Bellagamba received his BS and M.Ed from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts. He is committed to strengthen the Vesta brand globally and leverage its equity locally to grow and solidify the company's position as the premier SAP Enterprise Asset Management consulting firm.
Mr. Scott is a Principal Consultant and Consulting Manager for the firm with global responsibility for training and consultant skills development. While he continues to deliver services to customers aimed at bottom line business improvement of their maintenance and asset management work processes, his primary focus is to lead Vesta's internal education activities, assisting and mentoring Vesta consultants in building their skills and thereby ensuring delivery of quality products to our customers. Mr. Scott is a sought after speaker at industry events and seminars in which he has participated actively for over 15 years. Since joining Vesta, he has been involved in a variety of projects from full implementations to focused process improvement work both as a functional consultant and project manager. Before joining Vesta, Mr. Scott spent over 29 years as a manufacturing and maintenance manager with Procter & Gamble (P&G) where he was a key leader in the prototype, implementation, improvement, support of SAP Enterprise Asset Management systems globally, along with TPM Progressive Maintenance activities within their manufacturing sites. He was also involved in the integration of acquisitions into P&G's SAP landscape. Mr. Scott served in the United States Army on Active Duty and in the National Guard retiring as a Colonel. He has a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point and received an MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.

Mr. McIntosh is Partner and President of Vesta USA and is responsible for leading the growth of Vesta products and services within the USA market and for managing all Operational and Business Development aspects. He has over 16 years of professional services business experience and before joining Vesta he led an EAM practice within SAIC and spent eight years with Capgemini as a Senior Project Manager. Prior to consulting Mr. McIntosh spent 12 years working for Total within the Upstream Oil and Gas business and has 28 years of industry experience working in the Energy, Oil / Gas, Chemical and Manufacturing sectors. He has a B.Sc. from Robert Gordon's University in Aberdeen, Scotland and is SAP certified in Plant Maintenance. He is committed to expanding Vesta's presence within the EAM market by developing and delivering practical solutions of high quality that enhance company performance and efficiency.
Mr. Vallie is Vice President and Head of US Professional Services for the Company. He is responsible for all US project delivery and resource management activities whilst supporting sales, marketing Vesta EAM capabilities and providing direct consulting and leadership on customer projects. He has been in the professional services business for over fourteen years, and prior to joining Vesta, Phil was an EAM consultant for GenesisSolutions and worked for Electronic Data Systems as an Information Analyst in a variety of industries. He is committed to safeguarding Vesta's reputation of delivery excellence by staffing projects with knowledgeable, qualified and dedicated professionals who will ensure customer objectives are achieved. He has a BS in Environmental Engineering from the US Air Force Academy and is SAP certified in Plant Maintenance.
Mr. Smith is a Principal and Consulting Manager with Vesta where he has responsibility for leading client engagements as well as managing a team of consulting professionals focused on utilities and linear asset maintenance and reliability practices. He has more than 25 years of maintenance and engineering management industry experience leading reliability improvement efforts and implementing SAP Enterprise Asset Management solutions. Key project accountabilities have included business case development, project management, process mapping and blueprint design, system development and testing, and user support. Mr. Smith's experiences are diverse, having spanned several industries including Consumer Products, Automotive, Rail, Mining, and Utilities. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. Mr. Smith is dedicated to understanding clients' challenges and objectives and to developing process and technology solutions that deliver against the objectives. His focus and drive resulting in sustainable solutions continue to build the strong relationships Vesta enjoys with its customers.
Ms. Powell is a Principal, Consulting Manager within SAP Operations for Vesta focusing on Enterprise Asset Management consulting. Her responsibilities include delivering functional solutions to clients in the MM/PM modules while applying her depth of knowledge in business process mapping of inventory and maintenance best practices and processes. She has 13 years of SAP experience in manufacturing industries. Her SAP Materials Management and Plant Maintenance project experience includes all aspects of configuration, integration, testing, validation, training, documentation, implementation and support. Ms. Powell has held numerous positions both as a project manager and functional/team leader as well as speaker at several SAP content related conferences. Industry experience covers many different and varied industries such as Refinery/Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Medical, Food, and Consumer Products.
Mr. Meyer is a Principal Consultant and Consulting Manager within SAP Operations for Vesta Partners, LLC. He has over thirty years of practical maintenance experience with over fifteen years of experience implementing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems including SAP, Indus Passport and Maximo. Mr. Meyer has a strong specialization in the SAP Plant Maintenance Module, where he is SAP Certified. Prior to joining Vesta Partners, Mr. Meyer spent 6 years as the Service Area Manager for the SAP EAM practice within IBM. Mr. Meyer's industry experience covers a broad spectrum: Oil and Gas, Railroad, Government/Defense, Government/Aerospace, Manufacturing, Tobacco, Higher Education, Apparel and Footwear and Nuclear. Mr. Meyer's varied experience combined with the ability to relate and communicate with all levels of the management hierarchy, brings a unique and diversified skill set to complement and lead a successful project team.

Mr. Moore is Vice President for Vesta Canada. He is responsible for growing the presence of Vesta's products and services throughout the Canadian market and handling the day-to-day operations of Vesta Canada. Prior to joining Vesta, Mr. Moore has over 20 years of software and management consulting experience. He was the Vice President of Global Business Development at NRX, a Canadian based software company that focuses on helping capital-intensive companies improve their maintenance and operations through asset lifecycle information management (ALIM). He was with NRX for over 10 years and played a key role in guiding NRX from a small software start-up into an innovative global firm. Prior to joining NRX, Mr. Moore was a Principle Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he helped develop PwC's business intelligence program and services for Canada. He holds a honors degree with distinction in Business Administration from Trent University. He is committed to delivering value to customers in Enterprise Asset Management and leveraging the strength of the Vesta brand to grow the Canadian market.

Mr. Wijnands is Partner, Managing Director of Vesta Europe where he leads all sales, marketing, business development and finance activities for Vesta's European business. He has over 14 years of software consulting, sales and management experience in the manufacturing industry. Prior to joining Vesta, Mr. Wijnands was co-founder and Managing Director of EAM Consultants, a leading European maintenance management and SAP EAM consulting firm headquartered in The Netherlands. Before that he was responsible for sales at Impress Software in the European region and was Division Manager for Mi Services Group, an ERP consulting firm for SAP, Oracle and Ross Renaissance. Mr. Wijnands studied Business Administration in Utrecht followed by a study in Organizational Behavior at the Faculty of Sociology of the University of Amsterdam. He is committed to building long-term relationships with customers and expanding Vesta's European presence.
Mr. Pascal is the Practice Manager for Vesta Europe. His responsibilities including managing and developing the European Consulting team along with managing project delivery and resource management for the firm. He has been working in maintenance management for over 15 years and has over 12 years of SAP experience. Before working for Vesta, he worked for Capgemini and Ernst & Young as managing consultant. With his knowledge of maintenance and SAP he supports the business development and sales responsible. Beside his role as Practice Manager he works as Principal Consultant on customer assignments. His personal goal is to help customers to grow into performing their maintenance processes more efficient and make use of their ICT the most effective way.

Mr. Dunford is Managing Director for Vesta Australia AsiaPac where he is responsible for growing the presence of Vesta's products and services throughout the Australian Asian and Pacific markets. Mr. Dunford is a management professional with a strong people focus developed through 23 years experience in BHP Billiton and supplemented with 10 years consulting internationally as part of ERP, Asset Management, Organisational Development and IT focused companies. He has proven abilities in implementing change and driving business outcomes through leadership of people and teams in industrial and corporate environments. This includes Program Director and Project Management roles in large scale ERP Implementations as well as leading significant business change programs involving ERP Systems, particularly SAP. Throughout his career, Mr. Dunford has worked/consulted globally and has Chaired and spoken at numerous Asset Management, Maintenance and SAP conferences over the last 15 years. He is a driving force to help organisations achieve their vision for Asset Management, Operations and Maintenance.
Mr. Parkinson is the Director, Professional Services for Vesta Australia AsiaPac. He brings with him significant maintenance, systems, process and people experience. He has extensive skills around Business Process Re-Engineering, Project Management, Strategy and Program development and SAP Configuration, with over 15 years' experience implementing EAM solutions. Mr Parkinson is responsible for supporting our consultants and making sure that project initiatives are being met and we continue to add value to our Vesta clients in the Australia Asia Pac region. Prior to joining Vesta, Mr. Parkinson served in Senior Partner and Managing Consultant roles in global consulting companies where he was identified by clients as a problem solver, often being heavily relied upon to provide valuable insight to maintenance practices from both a process and system perspective. In addition to developing significant mining and oil & gas industry experience, Mr. Parkinson was heavily involved in the Utility sector with over a decade of business experience in many operational roles within Powercor Australia. He maintains a strong commitment to exceeding customer's expectations and ensuring these customers are able to achieve lasting returns from the investment in SAP Enterprise Asset Management.
Mr. Anderson is the Director, Operations for Vesta Australia AsiaPac. He has successfully performed key leading roles across a broad range of business functions for global organisations in resources and manufacturing. This covers end to end process management with his early career in operations and maintenance, moving into global marketing, large scale logistics and distribution. This experience provided a solid foundation for strategic and commercial roles in marketing, trade finance, business analysis and development, divestments and acquisitions, e-commerce, and project management. Mr. Anderson's passion is business transformation, and the common thread in driving success is the development and leadership of people - as individuals, as teams and as an organisation. He has led successful business transformation projects for multi-functional teams across global environments.
Mr Burgin is Director, Finance for the Australia Asia Pac division of Vesta Partners. He has regional responsibility for the Finance, Risk, IT and Administrative functions and as a member of the management team plays a key role in the formulation of business strategy. Prior to joining Vesta Partners, Mr Burgin was the Global Finance Director for GMC Global, a mining and IT services firm. As a member of the global leadership team he planned and directed finance & administration, and played a leading role growing the firm to 140 personnel across operations in Asia, Africa, North and South America. Jeremy has experience in guiding firms successfully through high-growth opportunities in developing markets both organically and through acquisitions. Mr Burgin has also held roles with the National Australia Bank and with professional & IT services firms. Mr Burgin received a Masters in Finance from Macquarie University.

Mr. Stenzig is a Partner, Managing Director, responsible for Software and Technical Services with Vesta. In this role, he is responsible for business development and identification of new business opportunity in the areas of EAM centered applications and services within Vesta utilizing the latest SAP and SAP partner technologies. Before joining Vesta, he worked with Impress Software where he applied his functional and technical expertise in the areas of integrated planning and scheduling. Mr. Stenzig has managed several large implementation projects all across the globe. He has worked closely with customers throughout his career to define the processes, systems, and data elements involved in the integration of SAP Plant Maintenance, SAP Project Systems and project management or geographical information software. Mr. Stenzig is a SAP certified as Plant Maintenance Functional Consultant as well as certified HANA and SAP Netweaver PI/XI developer. Mr. Stenzig is focused on helping organizations leverage their existing technology investments by developing SAP applications to resolve business problems.
Mr. Ericsson is Director, Technical Services and Information Technology. His responsibilities include IT planning, management and operations. In addition, he leads Vesta's global technical services team delivering SAP integration and custom development projects. He has been working in technology consulting and software development since 1993 with expertise in the areas of business intelligence, application integration and project management. Prior to joining Vesta, Mr. Ericsson was an independent consultant focusing on SAP BW. Before that, he was a program manager at Meridium, a leading provider of asset performance management systems. He has a BS in economics from the University of Delaware and an MA in economics and MS in information technology from the University of Virginia. He is a certified Project Management Professional, a SAP Certified Technology Associate in SAP HANA and the author of two books on databases and business intelligence. Mr. Ericsson is focused on delivering projects that allow Vesta customers to make the most of their SAP EAM systems and provide real business value.
