Software Products

At Vesta, our strength is the combination of functional SAP maintenance expertise and deep technical knowledge of old and new SAP technologies. All of which we use to build the right application for a given business problem. In addition, our applications are certified by SAP to guarantee highest quality and compliance with all SAP policies.

Vesta CBM

Vesta CBM (Condition Based Maintenance) is an application based on SAP MII that allows direct connection to plant floor systems to leverage existing infrastructure that already captures operational data. Vesta CBM incorporates operating conditions (e.g. vibration, temperature, power consumption) and operational activities (e.g. production run times and cycles) into the maintenance planning and execution process. Vesta CBM translates this information into proper work orders, notifications and task lists in SAP Plant Maintenance ensuring the right work happens at the right time.

Vesta MAC

Vesta created Vesta MAC, a SAP add-on application that allows the Material Availability Check for multiple work orders. Vesta MAC provides a selection screen similar to the standard SAP order selection screen (IW38) allowing you to specify a variety of selection criteria. After the decision has been made what selection criteria or variant to use, Vesta MAC automatically re-runs the Availability Check for all work orders matching the selection criteria and collects the results in a report. Vesta MAC can be accessed on request through a custom transaction code or scheduled to run automatically every night, every week or at custom intervals.

Vesta PMM

Vesta PMM is a packaged solution that allows customers to transfer work order information from SAP to Microsoft Project and back. Work order dates can be modified in MS Project, detailed weekly plans can be built and the results can be written back to SAP without having to exit the MS Project Application. Vesta PMM is built as a MS Project Add-In and works seamlessly with all SAP versions 4.7 and higher.

Vesta LDM

Vesta LDM (Laydown Yard Manager) is an SAP add on application that integrates all aspects of laydown yard management for routine maintenance, turnarounds and projects. It is a follow on process from the goods receipt and the good issues that take place within your SAP system. This allows for exact knowledge of where your procured and kitted materials are located, preventing mislaid and lost materials. Having this precise information will enable a huge savings in your maintenance budget.
