Wayne Vaughn Joins Vesta!

Stamford, CT - October 6, 2008 - Vesta Partners, LLC a consulting group specializing in maintenance and reliability improvement and enterprise asset management technology services announced that former Harley-Davidson Executive, Wayne Vaughn, has joined the firm as a Principal Consultant.



Prior to joining Vesta, Mr. Vaughn served as the Director of Maintenance for Harley-Davidson's Powertrain Operations in Milwaukee where he worked for 28 years. During his time as the leader of maintenance he implemented many programs including reliability and condition monitoring programs, extensive training programs, apprentice programs, storeroom projects, computerized maintenance management systems, predictive and preventive maintenance, and a Total Productive Maintenance program. This was accomplished while increasing production by over 400%, rearranging and installing hundreds of machine tools, installing two assembly lines, increasing the maintenance staff, implementing reliability teams, and expanding the facilities.

In his new position at Vesta, Mr. Vaughn will play a key role by providing Vesta customers with strategic and tactical consulting services to develop and implement maintenance improvement initiatives. In addition, he will continue to speak and present at various industry conferences, sharing his knowledge and expertise as a leader of this industry.
