Vesta and Meridium Announce MIM Alliance

Stamford, CT - September 18, 2007 - Vesta Partners, LLC a consulting group specializing in Maintenance Management and Enterprise Asset Management Technology Services, and Meridium, Inc., the leader in asset performance management (APM) software and consulting solutions, have announced an alliance to provide SAP maintenance and consulting services. This agreement is in conjunction with Meridium's newest solution for the SAP marketplace: Meridium Mobile Inspection Management (MIM) for SAP. Vesta, a Meridium preferred service provider for Reliability Centered Maintenance and Optimization (RCMOTM) will now provide additional implementation and integration services for MIM.



The newly launched MIM is tightly integrated with SAP for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and built completely in SAP NetWeaverTM. MIM puts the power of Meridium and SAP in the hands of equipment operators and inspectors through a handheld application that lets them capture data electronically in the field.
