Leading SAP EAM Consulting Firm in Europe

Stamford, CT - July 15, 2008 - Vesta Partners, LLC, a professional services firm specializing in maintenance management and SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) technology services, announces today that it has completed the acquisition of EAM Consultants B.V., a leading European maintenance management and SAP EAM consulting firm headquartered in The Netherlands.

The acquisition of EAM Consultants allows Vesta to capitalize on the synergies between the two Enterprise Asset Management consulting firms and accelerate its international growth strategy to serve existing and future client needs.

EAM Consultants, which has been rebranded Vesta Partners B.V., has provided asset management and SAP EAM consulting services since 2006. The firm was founded by Walter Wijnands and Jan Hop, with a vision of capitalizing on their backgrounds and experience in using SAP as the enabling tool for maintenance and reliability optimization.
