Mr. Maiolo is a Co-Founder of Vesta, as well as the Chief Executive Officer of Rizing LLC, the parent company of Vesta. Mike Maiolo leads the development and implementation of the Company’s global strategic plans. His focus is on maximizing revenues and profitability. He has over 20 years of experience with manufacturing companies and enterprise asset management consulting services. Prior to joining Vesta, Mike was with Spinnaker Venture Partners where he focused on helping early stage technology companies develop their business strategies and bring products to market. Before that, he was the Vice President of Strategic Development for a consulting services provider in the EAM space. Mike has served in a variety of general management positions in the forest products industry and has a BA from Bucknell University. Mike is focused on developing long-term working relationships with strategic customers while driving growth in the Vesta business. The simple equation is outstanding service and solutions plus financial benefit to customers equals growth and profitability for Vesta and very happy customers.
Mr. Graves is a Co-Founder of Vesta, as well as the Chief Financial Officer of Rizing LLC, the parent company of Vesta. He has global responsibility for the Finance, IT, Human Resources and Administrative functions for the Rizing portfolio of companies. He is responsible for systems and processes that support each Rizing company’s strategic and operating plans. Prior to joining Vesta, Mr. Graves was the Chief Financial Officer of a service provider in the EAM space. In that role he planned and directed internal programs that enabled the company to grow from start-up phase to more than 100 personnel with nearly $20 million in services revenue. Before that, he was a Vice President in Corporate Finance with FleetBoston Financial Corporation where he structured and syndicated debt offerings for industrial clients and leveraged buyouts. He also served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy. Mr. Graves has a BS from the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis and received an MPPM in Finance from Yale University.
Bob Jacobson is the Vice President, Information Technology for Vesta Partners. He and his team are responsible for the development and support of Vesta’s internal IT applications and hardware. Since 2013, the team’s primary focus has been to provide information management services for the company to maximize the effectiveness of data collection, processing and reporting. Prior to joining Vesta, Bob worked in the transportation and logistics industry for 30+ years in a variety of leadership roles in Maintenance, Marketing and IT. In his last assignment, Bob was a leader of his company’s EAM initiative as Director of IT for Engineering Systems. Bob has BA in Economics from the University of Chicago, and an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

John Kushnir is a Director, Global Business Development at Vesta Partners. He has over 30 years of experience working across multiple roles within the Manufacturing and Transportation industries. In his current role at Vesta John is responsible for supporting the Travel and Transportation verticals. Before joining Vesta, Mr. Kushnir worked within the Freight Rail industry, where he was directing large scale improvement projects and leading maintenance organizations toward best practice success. John Kushnir holds a BBA in Business/Commerce from Concordia University.

Nick is a seasoned Asset Management professional with more than 25 years of professional experience in the development and execution of maintenance strategies. In his current role at Vesta as the VP, Global Business Development for Oil & Gas and the Chemicals industry, Mr. Cecil is responsible for supports the definition and successful implementation of strategies and solutions delivered by SMEC Asset Management. As a leader in asset intensive industries Mr. Cecil has put into service business critical programs for global resource companies to become proficient in areas of asset health, equipment strategies, planning and scheduling, shutdown management and business system implementation and integration. Prior to joining Vesta, Mr. Cecil has been directly involved in SAP implementations and improvement initiatives focusing on improving businesses through sound process design, system design, deployment and integration of cross functional processes. He expertise lies in both, strategic and tactical consulting.
Jeremy Burgin has global responsibility for the Finance, Risk, IT and Administrative functions. As a member of global management, he plays a key role in the formulation of business strategy. Prior to joining Vesta Partners, Jeremy was the Global Finance Director for GMC Global, a mining and IT services firm. As a member of the global leadership team he planned and directed finance & administration, and played a leading role growing the firm to 140 personnel across operations in Asia, Africa, North and South America. Jeremy has experience in guiding firms successfully through high-growth opportunities in developing markets both organically and through acquisitions. He has also held roles with the National Australia Bank and with professional & IT services firms. Jeremy received a Masters in Finance from Macquarie University.
Gus McIntosh provides global leadership, management, and vision and ensures Vesta has the proper operational controls, management systems, procedures and processes in place to effectively support growth. He has over 16 years of professional services business experience and before joining Vesta he led an EAM practice within SAIC and spent eight years with Capgemini as a Senior Project Manager. Prior to consulting Gus spent 12 years working within the Upstream Oil and Gas business. He has 28 years of industry experience working in the Energy, Oil / Gas, Chemical and Manufacturing sectors. Gus has a B.Sc. from Robert Gordon’s University in Aberdeen, Scotland and is SAP certified in Plant Maintenance. He is committed to expanding Vesta’s presence within the EAM market by developing and delivering practical solutions of high quality that enhance company performance and efficiency.

Kevin Heard is the Vice President of Vesta Partners, Middle East. Kevin has over 19 years of prior Maintenance, Engineering and SAP EAM Implementation experience in multiple industries including Mining, Manufacturing, Transport, Oil & Gas, Utilities and Construction. Kevin is responsible for growing the presence of Vesta’s products and services throughout the Middle East region. He supports Strategy and manages all Operational and Business Development aspects. Kevin also provides direct consulting, advisory and leadership on customer projects. Prior to joining Vesta, Kevin spent 15 years working in various roles within Maintenance, Engineering and Consulting. Kevin is Certified in SAP PLM and with his deep business and technical knowledge, he applies this to drive value for customers. Kevin is based in Dubai, UAE and married with two children.
Ron Serpenti is a Manager of Professional Services for the European region at Vesta. He is responsible for project delivery and resource management activities. He also supports sales and marketing efforts in the European region and provides direct consulting and leadership on customer projects. Previous to working at Vesta, Ron Serpenti was overseeing large SAP implementation and change management projects at different global companies, before taking on a role as the Maintenance Manager of a maintenance department at Tata Steel, which consisted of 100+ employees. Ron studies mechanical and electrical engineering and holds a BA in Business.

Mr. Fagan is Chief Executive Officer of Vesta Partners. He leads the development and implementation of the Company’s global strategic plans and focuses on maximizing revenues and profitability. Leveraging over a decade in EAM system implementations across many industry verticals, he has been able to staff, direct and deliver on Vesta’s largest projects without fail. Noel has delivered unique solutions in daily, weekly and outage scheduling using a combination of SAP Project System and Plant Maintenance Modules. He also makes use of more than a decade as a Naval Officer in diverse areas of maintenance management practices, shipyard overhauls and supply chain logistics to motivate project members and drive engagements. Previous to his current position, Noel held responsibility over the Transportation and Linear Assets Program at Vesta, where he worked directly with industry leaders in North America to propose functionality and has participated in several forums and testing opportunities with SAP’s Industry Business Unit (IBU) supporting linear functionality.
Martin Stenzig is responsible for leading the growth of Vesta products and services within the North America market. In addition, he manages all Operational and Business Development aspects. Before joining Vesta, Martin worked with Impress Software where he applied his functional and technical expertise in the areas of integrated planning and scheduling. Martin has managed several large implementation projects all across the globe. He has worked closely with customers throughout his career to define the processes, systems, and data elements involved in the integration of SAP Plant Maintenance, SAP Project Systems and project management or geographical information software. Martin is SAP certified as a Plant Maintenance Functional Consultant. He is also a certified HANA and SAP Netweaver PI/XI developer. Martin is committed to expanding Vesta’s presence within the EAM market by developing and delivering practical, high quality solutions solutions that enhance company performance and efficiency.
Peter Dunford is responsible for growing the presence of Vesta’s products and services throughout the Australian Asia Pacific and Middle East markets. Peter is a management professional with a strong people focus developed through 23 years experience in BHP Billiton and supplemented with 10 years consulting internationally as part of ERP, Asset Management, Organisational Development and IT focused companies. He has proven abilities in implementing change and driving business outcomes through leadership of people and teams in industrial and corporate environments. This includes Program Director and Project Management roles in large scale ERP Implementations as well as leading significant business change programs involving ERP Systems, particularly SAP. Throughout his career, Peter has worked/consulted globally and has chaired and spoken at numerous Asset Management, Maintenance and SAP conferences over the last 15 years. He is a driving force to help organisations achieve their vision for Asset Management, Operations and Maintenance.
Andy Bellagamba has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience with a variety of professional services based organizations. Andy is responsible for the development and implementation of a cohesive global branding strategy that ensures a consistent message across markets. Prior to Vesta, he worked at an EAM professional services firm where he was responsible for business development and led the overall corporate marketing strategy. Andy has a strong background in successfully developing and executing fully integrated marketing programs utilizing various platforms to achieve brand objectives. Andy received his BS and M.Ed from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts. He is committed to strengthening the Vesta brand globally and leveraging its equity in North America. The ultimate goal is to expand and solidify the company’s position as the premier SAP Enterprise Asset Management consulting firm.
Nicole Kalish responsibilities include overseeing and standardizing HR activities across all Vesta companies as well as maintaining direct responsibility for North America’s HR function. She is a seasoned HR professional with almost 20 years of experience and has an MS from Columbia University in Organizational Psychology. Prior to joining Vesta, Nicole was Vice President of Human Resources at Harrison and Star in New York City. She has held other HR positions in professional services industries such as advertising, financial services and music licensing, specializing in employee relations, performance management, employee benefits and training and development.

Ben Mansi is focused on Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Strategic Business Development for asset intensive industries. His responsibilities include managing new sales opportunities and delivering solutions for the more complex customer requirements, including EAM solution assessments. Ben is SAP certified in Plant Maintenance. He has over 32 years of industrial experience as a project manager, project engineer, account executive and maintenance manager. Prior to joining Vesta, Ben spent 10 years with IBM Global Services as a Service Area Manager, SAP functional consultant and project leader. He focuses on enhancing customer’s business processes including work order management, integration, data, design and implementation of maintenance best practices to get people, processes and technology to work together and maximize customer value. Ben maintains deep domain knowledge in SAP Material Management, Project System and Customer Service. Prior to that, he held various positions in the maintenance division of Delmarva Power, a large electric and gas utility company. Ben has a BS and MBA from Widener University. He is committed to excellence in delivery by ensuring that Vesta projects meet and exceed customer expectations.

Mark Scott has global responsibility for managing the professional services team. Mark continues to deliver services to customers aimed at bottom line business improvement of their maintenance and asset management work processes. Mark continues to be a sought after speaker at industry events and seminars and has been for over 15 years. Since joining Vesta, he has been involved in a variety of projects from full implementations to focused process improvement both as a functional consultant and project manager. Before joining Vesta, Mark spent over 29 years as a manufacturing and maintenance manager with Procter & Gamble (P&G). He was a key leader in the prototype, implementation, improvement, support of SAP Enterprise Asset Management systems globally, along with TPM Progressive Maintenance activities within their manufacturing sites. Mark was also involved in the integration of acquisitions into P&G’s SAP landscape. Mark served in the United States Army on Active Duty and in the National Guard retiring as a Colonel. He has a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point and received an MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.

Crawford Owens is focused on the Energy and Utilities Practice. Crawford’s responsibilities include supporting global sales initiatives and maintaining strategic industry focus for Vesta consulting and development activities. Prior to joining Vesta, he was the Director of Technology Deployment for Electric Operations Organization at Pacific Gas & Electric Co (PG&E). Before PG&E, Crawford served in various capacities including Project Manager Information Technology, Manager Distribution Design & Engineering as well as Sr. Manager of Gas and Electric Operations at E. ON-US, a specialized energy solutions company. He has a Masters in Information Systems/Decision Sciences and an MBA. He has served as a professor of Project Management for Information Technology at Bellarmine University and holds various certifications in IT Project Management and Systems Design. Crawford is frequently featured at various institutions around the world as a guest lecturer on the topics of Project Management, Information Technology and Systems Design.

Peter Stewart is focused on the Mining and Natural Resources Industry. Peter’s responsibilities include leveraging the firm’s extensive knowledge and expertise in Mining and Natural Resources and to grow its portfolio globally. He has more than twenty-five years of experience working in senior leadership roles in government, mining and resource-related industries, including Normandy Mining, Newmont Australia, United Equipment, GMC Global, The Minerals Council of Australia and Glencore/Xstrata. Peter has managed his own consulting business, and as a recognized change agent, has been engaged to establish or optimize business capabilities and performance. His leadership skills and knowledge are based on practical experience obtained working in various site-based roles. Peter has been responsible for sponsoring and delivering business improvement programs and providing strategic advice for clients throughout Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United States, Chile, Brasil and Russia. Robert Ericsson responsibilities include IT planning, management and operations. In addition, Robert leads Vesta’s global technical services team delivering SAP integration and custom development projects. He has been working in technology consulting and software development since 1993. Robert is an expert in the areas of business intelligence, application integration and project management. Prior to joining Vesta, Robert was an independent consultant focusing on SAP BW. Before that, he was a program manager at Meridium, a leading provider of asset performance management systems. Robert has a BS in economics from the University of Delaware and an MA in economics and MS in information technology from the University of Virginia. He is a certified Project Management Professional, a SAP Certified Technology Associate in SAP HANA and the author of two books on databases and business intelligence. Denise has extensive experience with developing solutions for Procurement, Supply Chain, and EAM across multiple industries. Denise has 15 years of functional and configuration SAP experience. Martin Greaves is focused on Travel & Transportation for Vesta. Martin has over 15 years of SAP experience, working primarily within the EAM function. He has worked on SAP projects in Australia, Asia, Europe and North America. Martin had a complete range of roles such as business process analyst, solution architect, implementation & upgrade project leader and SAP program manager. Prior to joining Vesta, Martin led the program to implement SAP at a greenfield asset intensive chemical site in China. He was in charge of setting up the local team, then implementing the key business processes across Maintenance, production and inventory & delivery. Most recently Martin has been working locally in Australia on rail projects, providing conceptual design and integration analysis of EAM for new maintenance contracts out for tender primarily with APLNG and mining assets.

Philip Vallie is responsible for all North American project delivery and resource management activities. He also supports Business Development activities, and also provides direct consulting and leadership on customer projects. Philip has spent his entire career in the professional services business, working for customers in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Vesta, he was an EAM consultant for GenesisSolutions and an Information Analyst for Electronic Data Systems. He is committed to safeguarding Vesta’s reputation of delivery excellence by staffing projects with knowledgeable, qualified and dedicated professionals who will ensure customer objectives are achieved. Philip has a BS in Environmental Engineering from the US Air Force Academy and is SAP certified in Plant Maintenance.

Brian Moore is responsible for growing the presence of Vesta’s products and services throughout the North American market. Brian also handles the day-to-day operations of Vesta Canada. He has over 20 years of software and management consulting experience. Brian was the Vice President of Global Business Development at NRX, a Canadian based software company that focuses on helping capital-intensive companies improve their maintenance and operations through asset lifecycle information management (ALIM). He was also with NRX for over 10 years and played a key role in guiding NRX from a small software start-up into an innovative global firm. Prior to joining NRX, Brian was a Principle Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he helped develop PwC’s business intelligence program and services for Canada. He holds an honors degree with distinction in Business Administration from Trent University. Brian is committed to delivering value to customers in Enterprise Asset Management and leveraging the strength of the Vesta brand to grow the Canadian market.
Craig Anderson has successfully performed key leading roles across a broad range of business functions for global organisations in resources and manufacturing. Craig’s experience covers end to end process management with his early career in operations and maintenance, moving into global marketing, large scale logistics and distribution. His experience provided a solid foundation for strategic and commercial roles in marketing, trade finance, business analysis and development, divestments and acquisitions, e-commerce, and project management. Craig’s passion is business transformation. The common thread in driving success is the development and leadership of people – as individuals, as teams and as an organisation. He has led successful business transformation projects for multi-functional teams across global environments.

Drew Parkinson has significant maintenance, systems, process and people experience. Drew has extensive skills around Business Process Re-Engineering, Project Management, Strategy and Program development and SAP Configuration, with over 15 years’ experience implementing EAM solutions. He is responsible for supporting our consultants. He makes sure that project initiatives are being met and we continue to add value to our Vesta clients in the Australia Asia Pacific and Middle East region. Prior to joining Vesta, Drew served in Senior Partner and Managing Consultant roles in global consulting companies. He’s a problem solver, who is often relied upon to provide valuable insight into maintenance practices from both a process and system perspective. Drew has significant mining and oil & gas industry experience. He has also been heavily involved in the Utility sector with over a decade of business experience in many operational roles within Powercor Australia. Drew maintains a strong commitment to exceeding customer’s expectations and ensuring customers are able to achieve lasting returns from their SAP Enterprise Asset Management investment.

Mark O’Donnell is the Director HR & Consulting Capability in the Asia Pacific region. He is passionate about building and maintaining high performing professional services / consulting business, capable of both growth and innovation. Extensive experience across functional and operational matters relating to HR and people. Focused on leading organisations, enabling them to align people to deliver strategy and achieve goals. Marks experience has stretched across a number of professional services firms that focused on enterprise asset management process and systems space, including responsibility for people and deliverables throughout Asia, North & South America and some part of Europe. Mark is based in Melbourne Australia, married with three small children.
Mark O‘Donnell is the Vice President Operational Capability of Vesta Partners. Mark has more than ten years’ experience working within Human Resource and Operational roles in the professional services industry. The VP Operational Capability, reports directly to the COO and works closely global HR, strategy, regional business leaders and global business development function focusing on process improvement, organisational structure, performance, people development, resource planning, forecasting and tracking as well as people driven systems and processes.

Mark van Oeveren has regional responsibility for the Finance, Risk, IT and Administrative functions. As a member of the management team, he plays a key role in the formulation of business strategy. Prior to joining Vesta Partners, Mark was the Global Business Controller for Progress Software, a Software and consulting company. As a member of the European finance leadership team he was responsible for developing and set-up of the centralized shared service center of Progress. Mark’s broad experience with implementing financial processes in different regions around the world allows him to implement and drive the process in our Europe & Middle East region.
Silvio Somers is responsible for sales and marketing management for Vesta Europe. Prior to joining Vesta Silvio worked in commercial management positions for Fluke, Hillshire, Hans Anders Group, Fujitsu and Ctac consulting. He has MSc and MBA degrees in Business Economics (Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University) and BSc degrees in Physics and Technical Business Economics (Eindhoven Technical University). Peter Möbert is responsible for software product development building applications for SAP EAM. Peter has over 12 years of software development experience specializing in application integration. Prior to joining Vesta, Peter was a Technical Consultant with ITA Software and Software Engineer with Impress Software developing integration solutions. He is committed to delivering first rate products to Vesta’s customers. Peter has a BS in Information Technology from the Rand Afrikaans University in South Africa.
Mary Guernier is Controller, Vesta North America. She has regional responsibility for all finance and accounting functions for US and Canadian operations. Prior to joining Vesta Partners, Ms. Guernier was Vice President of Finance for DB Grant Associates, Inc., a national workforce development firm. Ms. Guernier is a CPA and holds a MBA from George Washington University.
Justin Ladenburger is a Strategy Planner for the firm with global responsibility to develop and manage strategic initiatives that incorporate new EAM business services and SAP technology offerings. He manages customer training that includes both Vesta and SAP ECP courses. He coordinates Association Memberships for relevant standards (e.g. ISO55000, IAM, AMC) and participates in content development for ISO55000 as member of the US TAG. Prior to this role, he was a Principal Consultant and recognized as a Subject Matter Expert covering SAP EAM and Mobile technologies with integration to GIS and continually sought after to lead major initiatives across these platforms to transform companies. Justin is SAP certified as an EAM Functional Consultant. Justin received a BS in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska and a MBA with a concentration in MIS. Justin is committed to delivering solutions to critical business challenges and leading companies to realize tangible business value.

Bruce Raggatt is a Director, Global Business Development at Vesta Partners focusing on the area of Defence & Logistics. Bruce has broad experience working in asset related projects and programs across several sectors including Government, Utilities and Transport and Logistics. In his current role, Bruce will focus on the defence, utilities, transport and logistics and energy sectors. Prior to joining Vesta Partners, Bruce successfully program managed SAP EAM implementations into rail for both Queensland Rail and Aurizon. Bruce is very interested in the EAM opportunities opening with the advances in IoT and the blending of IT with OT.
Edward Lee serves as Vesta Partners’ Vice President Asia. Based in Singapore and responsible for Asia Pacific sales and business development, Edward possesses more than 25 years of hands-on experiences in business development and operations improvement across a range of industries, including Oil & Gas, Shipbuilding, Property Development, Education and Technology. A passionate believer in training and mentoring as growth catalyst in any organization, Edward has held key managerial and advisory appointments in start-ups, a public company and a national oil company. Beyond Singapore, Edward has lived and worked in China and the Middle East. He is bilingual in English and Chinese.
